Subscription Policy

This policy describes how subscriptions, billing, and cancellations work for Job Escape courses and learning plans.

Subscription plans

We may offer free and paid subscription plans. The features, duration, and price of each plan are described on our website and at the point of purchase. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay the fees stated for that plan.

Billing

Fees are charged in advance for the chosen billing period (e.g. monthly or annually). Payment is due at the start of each billing period. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. You are responsible for providing valid payment details and for any fees charged by your payment provider.

Renewal

Unless you cancel before the end of your current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew for the same period at the then-current price. We will notify you of any price changes in advance where required by law.

Cancellation

You will continue to have access to the service until that date. We do not provide refunds for the unused portion of a billing period unless otherwise stated in a specific offer or required by law.
